It is a good practice in using catalogers like "visualcd" etc., which indexes the files in each cd rom and saves the details in your hard disk...so that a simple search for a file name in visual cd helps you find the exact cd name in which the file is present...My personal advice is that rather than naming the cds and their contents, number them so that you can arrange the cds numerically. Finding the cds become easy when arranged sequentially....
